Error E003

When working with ROVER command, I am getting this error. Commands: rover config whoami rover subgraph publish Error: error[E003]: Invalid header value****

+1 having the same issue on osx 13.6

$ rover --version
Rover 0.22.0

Potentially related: https://github.com/apollographql/rover/issues/1026. Fixed the issue for me (solution).
