Define Functional, Technical, and Safety Requirements #8

Specify the functional, technical, and safety requirements for the system. Ensure each requirement is quantified with a permitted range of values (units) and "can be measured by a 1A engineering student".

Use published findings/established engineering standards to support the selected performance for each requirement. Make sure to document the source of each standard used to define the requirements.

Functional is defined - detecting UV rays in a given area and must figure out a way to communicate this effectively to the customer - more details drafting in the doc.

Technical requirement - communicate between two STM32 (1m minimum). Must not expend 30W/store 500mj of energy at "any point in time". Technical details of communication implementation will. be defined later
