What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.修改dns为手动设置
2.仅填入openerdns
3.问题复现

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
希望网页正常访问，但现在是IM类软件可以正常挂后台，但网
页全部无法开启，IE/chrome无差别

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win7sp1X64 浏览器猎豹v5+IE11

抱歉，是我们的问题。由于昨日我们尝试性的放开了dns请求��
�限制，导致今天早上我们没能扛住国内DOS攻击。

故障已经修复。
