UI Cleanup: Reorder camera panels #159

Current layout is confusing with the lens options at the very bottom. Suggest implementing all default camera panels in Appleseed so we can control their load order when the plugin is activated.

Closing as this is kind of pointless and adds a lot of extra code for not much gain.
