We report the total CPU usage in percentages for cgroups, but not for VMs (/proc/stat).

To do

[x] Add field for reporting total CPU usage, named total_usage.
[x] Update probes library in agent.
[x] Report total usage as a cpu_total_usage metric.
[x] Release integrations
[x] Update changelog
