Implement Entity tabs for Workflow IDE similar to App IDE

[x] Workflows IDE will not have split screen mode toggle
[x] It also won't have the list view hamburger
[x] Create new TabSelectors constant for tabsSelector, listSelector, itemUrlSelector

Note:

This task needs to be done behind feature flag as the whole entity explorer will complete only after all sub tasks are completed.
