The Appsody blogs are going to move from medium into Appsody under issue #491

This issue is to review the content of those blogs and note what updates/edits are required so that we can determine how much work it is (and then make the changes).

Appsody in Autumn:

• "building and testing stacks" is a broken link (fixed in PR)
• release notes in the Appsody CLI section link to latest, not v0.4.5? (left as is)

Bohemain Appsody

• No changes required.

Building Cloud Native apps with Appsody

• Do we want to talk about the "Appsody Hub repository" it's not terminology I'd prefer we used now. (left for now)
• Appsody Deploy has a few typos "you can build you" and "when its not use" (fixed in PR)
• We need to fix the references in the text (or add a note) to Knative being the default deployment stance for Appsody (we could mention that this can be achieved with the --knative flag) (fixed in PR)
