Added the DO NOT MERGE flag as we also need to: i) update the CLI code to deploy the generated file to the new location ii) change links within the website itself to reference the new location

I'll push a new commit to fix ii). Sandy or Enrique are going to create and push a PR to the Appsody CLI to fix i).

Both of the blocking pieces are now done, so this is ready for review.
