appveyor host agent arm support #3183

Please provide a build of the appveyor-host-agent.deb package for arm targets.

Currently trying to install a linux host agent on an arm platform according to https://www.appveyor.com/docs/byoc/linux/ or through the buildcloud wizard leads to the following error:

dpkg: error processing archive /tmp/appveyor-host-agent.deb (--install):
 package architecture (amd64) does not match system (armhf)
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /tmp/appveyor-host-agent.deb

We are going to add arm64 build, for sure. Thanks for asking.
