Add persistent data structures #41

We should have persistent data structures by default as in Clojure. Hamster might be a good place to start. There may be other existing libraries that could work as well.

I'm closing this because Apricot is effectively abandoned, but if anyone is interested in reviving it I'm always open to pull requests.
