In order to circunvent some censor mechanisms, we could use all the ports 
specified in the .conf file whenever one of them times out (or any other 
symptoms of censorship).

I can assign this to myself if you don't have the time, but I think (correct me 
if I'm wrong) this change should be implemented on ics-openvpn itself, rather 
than on Bitmask.

What do you think?

Newer version of OpeNVPN for Android try all remotes/ports in the config file
