Reporting: Number of Runners #3

There is an issue with reporting the correct number of runners in a race (from the reporting facility) in situations where a horse is withdrawn close to the start of a race (eg. does not start the race). This is also an issue where bets have been placed on selections (either in “live” mode or simulation).

The application needs to confirm the actual number of starting horses once the race has been run. The "number of runners" column in the .csv reporting needs to reflect the correct number of runners.

@RobLancaster, does the Betfair RSS feed report this correctly or does that have the same issue?

The Betfair RSS feed does not report the number of runners (check http://rss.betfair.com/).... so we need to have this done either directly with the API or by referencing other sources.
