glass: Adapt installer to new deployment API

• Relocate 'nodemgr' assignment ti global state to be able to execute the "/api/deploy/requirements" API endpoint.
• Adapt 'Installer UI' to new API endpoints.
• Add InstallBootstrapPageComponent component to select the device for the OS.
• Improve storage wizard step. Only show the devices that can be used for storage, don't show system disk and those that have a rejected reason.
• Improve datatable component. Make 'selected' an input attribute, thus the consuming component can access the data. Make 'updateSelection()' public to allow the consumer to update the selection if necessary.
