Misalignment in bibliography #884

Description

clicking on a reference subscript like [1] takes you to the top of the next bib instead: so I see the second ref on top instead of the first. I suspect (based on ref entires of varied length) that the link actually is to the top of the ref, but it is hidden behind the red "beta" banner. Adding an appropriate offset or something might be needed. Small change, but also probably easy to fix! PS: awesome work in getting HTML going!

Selected HTML: s in the data. We suggest that perhaps there may be some merit to a new approach in which humans are used instead of machines to understand the data. This may even apply to fields other than astronomy.
