Enable fast sync for Aragon Client DAOs on Polygon

Challenge Description

Deploying and interacting with Aragon Client DAOs in Polygon/Mumbai is already possible, but for some reason, it takes a lot of time to sync information for those DAOs as time passes from the creation date.

This challenge is not figure out why this synchronization takes so much more time on the polygon network, and find a work around to increase the speed and improve the UX.

Judging criteria

PR that provides the best sync time without harming any feature.
