Can't delete from newly-made public collection #68

User authenticates in arborweb, uploads a dataset and stores it to the Arbor collection (using the "store to named collection" facility). When the user tries to select it and delete it, a "you don't have permission to delete this item" error occurs.

I tested this on the whitelisted Arbor collection (works), private collection (works), and a public collection I made (complains at first, works if I refresh the browser page before deleting). This is now lower priority, but I am not marking it resolved yet, but others will get confused about not being able to delete something in a public collection, because they dont' know to refresh the browser. Should we just put this in the documentation ("refresh the browser page") for the time being?

So issue is deleting from newly made collections. Renaming issue.
