Make the website pwa #124

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. So if we make it pwa we users can install are app in laptops desktops mobile etc

Describe the solution you'd like

I could make this function available

Describe alternatives you've considered After we do this we can even publish it in the app store

Additional context So you mite ask how you can install the app so you can see on Spotify web that you have a small + icon so if you click on it it gets installed so that is what I am willing to do :)
