Request: Option to change the background color #516

Open LeenyP opened 8 years ago

LeenyP commented 8 years ago

Description of feature/request

Change the lightbox background color and opacity in the settings to something other than black, plain white would be great. Also the ability to change the font. I've tried to do this in the css, but was unable to get it to work.

This feature would be used to

Beautify!

If you added this feature, I would:

a) Eat my hat b) Jump for joy c) Shave my cat d) All of the above

Thanks for the request. Additional options for customization are indeed planned for the future.

You could modify the style of class .mfp-bg in your css.

@Saxofon1 I'm not sure if I'm understanding correctly, but SLB's themes do not use a .mfp-bg class in its CSS or layout.

Is there a possibility to change the background?

ludasmokva commented 5 years ago

I was looking exactly for this thing. But I would actually ask to change it on a local basis, not globally. I created a 'slideshow' using your recommended method (works great by the way) that looks really good against a dark background. But other images need a much lighter background to display properly. So I'm trying to figure out how best to address this right now.
