I would like to exclude buildings from the network before running optimization (Constraint).
Describe the end purpose of this feature
So I could understand how the system will work without some buildings attached to the network by default.
Describe the end-user of this feature
A Practitioner. This is a very practical case. In real projects one know beforehand which buildings in a district will never be connected to a network (for other reasons than CO2 or costs). It will be good to be able to steer this in the same way as one can also steer which technologies are part of the optimization part and which are not.
Provide Additional information if possible
All takes place in the script Centralized optimization.
It could be solved by adding buildings as input variable and of course modifying the Genetic algorithm.
