Schemas and embodied scripts are updated #3703

@ShiZhongming I updated the schemas to include the new inputs in 'ENVELOPE' and the new outputs in 'Total_LCA_embodied.' All variables in the embodied script are now in lowercase. I added '* df['confirm']' to the recent additional lines of code (earlier PR) in the embodied script.
