Submit to packagist #21

composer require arckinteractive/elgg_solr doesn't quite work yet.

Sorry for the delay, IK submitted the first arck plugin to packagist which meant that he owned the arckinteractive namespace and it was a real pain to figure out how to get others to be able to use it :(

It's done now though: https://packagist.org/packages/arckinteractive/elgg_solr
