include new demonstrations that divvy driving and non driving commod's calc methods #231

Demonstrate the use of two separate institutions to hold the facilities that produce the driving commodity and facilities that produce non-driving commodities. EG: A NO solver method (like ma) for the driving commodity and a ML solver (like fft) on the non-driving commodities.
