In README.md added installation instructions for LINUX (CentOS, RedHat, Oracle Linux, etc.). Changed the start script to allow reopening previously saved models, as this casuses ClassNotFoundException

The ant build is abandoned. Now we use maven.

Building a distribution should be automated in a tool, not in instructions.

There are merge commits in this. That makes it difficult to move into changes in Gerrithub. I will not bother about this.

To clarify, I have removed the ant build. I will assume that this instruction will then not work at all.
