When cloning repository with --recurse-submodules found the following problem. Path: rockchip_rk3568_buildroot/tree/rk356x-novotech/package/retroarch/libretro-ppsspp/ppsspp

This repository is no longer being maintained due to file size limitation by Github. You can try https://github.com/photonicat/rockchip_rk3568_linux_mainline for better support on mainline kernel.
