I second this. I usually create a new structure in Blender and use an empty Sketchup file to transfer specific groups or components that have been changed. I copy the changed group from the main Sketchup file and place it in place in the empty Sketchup file and then import that file. I liked being able to import the object directly into a specific Blender collection that was pre-selected. Now I have to clear parents and manually move objects into their respective collections. I think an option in the import screen to have it import the old way would be great. Thanks!

### Hello everyone developers
This is not exactly a bug report, I don't find another way for contact you. (sorry for my bad english, i'm not speak english)
The Problem
This is a suggestion that I REALLY WANT you to implement in the sketchup importer; I really liked the way that previous versions of the addon imported the sketchup file. But this has had a small change in the latest update 0.23.2. Now, to maintain the sketchup hierarchy, several empty objects linked to the objects are created. As I (and many colleagues) work with rendering using sketchup files, I am importing and updating my file all the time. we hide objects and unhide everything all the time, and every time we press Ctrl+H, all emptys are unhidden together. I know this can be very useful for many users who need the same outliner as sketchup, but for me it doesn't matter much and even ends up getting in the way. The way imports occurred in the previous version was very good. So I have an idea: keep both ways of importing using a dialog box to decide which way to import.

System Info
I hope I can contribute a little to this development. I'm an architect and I don't know how to program, but I think this can help many users. I use this addon every day several times a day. I really need this. PS: the other updates like material import changes were very good. THANKS.
Send me an email so I don't call you here again. lucas_e_paludo@hotmail.com THANKS A LOT
