ssb-invite-client #14

Do we want to add in the ssb-invite-client plugin? Looks like it might be useful for pub invites, but I'm pretty sure we wouldn't need full ssb-invite.

To be honest I think rooms will replace most of the needs for a pub. Also pubs for the browser are a bit special in that they need to support web sockets.
