Implement log4j #48

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

As recommended by Tom implement log4j, which can be used for two
purposes 1) debugging 2) profiling.

Start using log4j in the main Jpowder glasses.

Note for more detailed profiling use the Netbeans build in profiling.

Use the build in profiler to get an overview over what takes time to execute.
This is in particular topical with the Jpowder-3D release.
