New 3D plot request #62

Dear Jpowder Team members,

Jpowder is easy to work, first my thanks to the jpowder team.
suppose we want to plot multiple x-ray pattern in stack mode, with x and y axis 
offset, how to make a such 3Dtype of plot. if this provision included in the 
Jpowder, will be useful for high pressure, high temperature phase 
transformation studies. Also if possible, find the FWHM of the peaks and plot 
in sequence.

Thank you very much for your interest and for submitting
your issue. 

Some code has already been put in place for 3D plotting
but it is currently not ready for testing.

We will update your issue as this is progressing. Also, when
completed would you be interested in testing this 3D feature?
