Data point text annotations #73

Add the ability to annotate a specific data point with some free text.
For now only one annotation per data point is required.
See attached mockup for more explanation.

Hi there, 
Looks bautiful your drawing. It is very easy to follow. I have two questions 
though: 1) Does this request apply to both 2D and 3D plots? I dont know for 3D 
how it should appear. 2) The balloon thing in the middle, can it be something 
else that you think of e.g. a dialog with edit and delete? A nice balloon looks 
tough! I will try to see any library out there available. Thanks, Kai
