Large dataset with many data points causes bad scale of line with the display in 3D plot #77

Even the first plot of a large dataset with over 100,000 points causing the 
display to be wrongly displayed. For example, the width of lines are too thin 
or disappeared in the first default display.

THe way to compare the right result is to plot the same dataset in 2D plot and 
compare with 3D.
