AI Window isnt showing anymore on my alli chars

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
AI Window isnt appearing at all. Just on my horde chars its there. My alli 
chars are broke somehow. After installing the latest version today. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.02.62 on Win 7
