Issues that I can't solve but if someone can help me I'd be happy to collaborate. #2

  1. This command shinyApp(ui = ui, server = server) does not work after installing EcoNicheS from GitHub.
  2. replace the geodata library with a terra library.
  3. In the biomod2 module, the number of repetitions is always 4 even if you modify the number of repetitions.
  4. In the second module of Load and Plot Maps the map is not displayed in leaflet
  5. In the ENMTools module some graphs and results do not appear in the ENMTools console, likewise the results considering MAXENT (mx) are not displayed in any console, they are only observed when downloading the pdf.
