hangs on exiting from wii channel forwarder but doesnt when loaded from homebrew browser

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load C64 emu from a channel
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
go back to wii system menu 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V2 on wii firmware 4.2E

when loading frodo v2 from a channel if you quit out it just freezes the wii on 
a black screen.

If I load frodo v2 from homebrew and quit frodo it goes back to the homebrew 
channel - Is it possible to make frodo v2 go back to the wii system menu by 
default?

I see the same thing happening. 
If I use another channel to launch say the nes emulator, upon exiting the 
emulator it goes to the system menu. 
If I launch the nes emulator from hbc upon exit it goes back to hbc. 
It looks like frodo is looking for hbc to go back to. 
(v2 - on 4.2u)

I just popped the new (2.2) .dol in my channel and it works great!
