Bind two joysticks to the two analogue sticks on a classic controller #46

Ok I know this might sound weird but hear me out.

What would be cool is if you could assign the two analogue sticks on a classic 
controller to act like two seperate joysticks plugged into the C64.

Why would anyone want to do this you ask? Twin stick shooting in Smash T.V. of 
course! Also other C64 games may have supported this feature I don't know.
