Port to WS-DMX-3CH BAN V2 #1

I got my hands on a WS-DMX-3CH BAN V2. This one features an STC11L04 controller. https://datasheetspdf.com/pdf-file/924820/STCTechnology/STC11L04E/1

Challange will be to port the strobe because the 11L04 has two timers instead of three.

ISP Rx/Tx seems to be on Port3 instead of Port1
