[Request] Fly Enhancement when leaving region #271

Problem:

When leaving a region with fly to a region without fly, players often fall to their death because they don't know the edge of the region.

Request Idea 1: Give slow falling upon leaving in that situation

Request Idea 2: Cancel fall damage within 10 seconds or the next time they are on the ground leaving in that situation

Request Idea 3: Give a warning message for that area if they are within 10 blocks of the edge.

Ideally, these are all config options or flags in the area.

This is something I have wanted to do for some time, and surprisingly you are the first to ask for it.
