Support problem books #28

It's pretty tricky to support problem books generally, given the necessary horizontal placement of problems, but it's very important.

Some things to consider:

- How is the diagram cropped?
- Is there text (commentary) shown?
- How should problem-answers be handled?
- Autorotation: problems should be autorotated so they are in the right quadrant (this should already be done)
