PODxt: when pod-ui starts and POD is on program > 9D, the "<"/">" buttons don't work correctly #30

Version 1.1.0 added automatic query of current selected program for PODxt. When the program is higher that 9D, it would be on page 2-4. When pod-ui asks for the current select program on start-up and switches to different programs page, the </> page switching button below work incorrectly (i.e. thinking that it's still on page 1).
