How's this a duplicate and if you won't fix why not close it?

libfdk_aac is generally better then normal aac but ok

If there are other issues raised for the same question/bug/enhancement we label the issues with duplicate. #53, #581 and #669 were raised before this ticket. Therefore we marked it as duplicate.

My comment in #581 explains why it won't be fixed, what that means and how you can build it yourself.
