Hi,

Would it be all right to use this primer scheme with Illumina data? I believe the primer scheme should be the same for data generated from the Nanopore/Illumina platforms. Please correct me if I am wrong here. I am interested in running the COVID-19-signal pipeline using the v5.3.2 primer scheme to analyze a few Illumina samples. I would highly appreciate any response.
