WIP - fixing issues in some examples #84

fixing the artoolkit.setup issue for some of the examples: artoolkit.debug.js needs the async attribute in the script tag without this is not loaded correctly, Most of the examples are working now, I will check one by one. In the simple_video.html example adding the async attribute does not solve the problem, Maybe it should be rewrited? Thanks Walter
