Update 2: Was able to get into CodeGuard and view the websites it's supposed to be backing up, but all of the sites display a message that says either "Last backup failed!" or "Site over quota".
In the cases where the backup has failed, the log contains error messages saying "The root path that we have for ---whatever the website is--- seems to have changed." I'm not sure if this means that CodeGuard is attempting to back up on a server that we are no longer using, or if the directory for the website on the server simply changed.
I believe that for other cases in which the website is "over quota", it may have something to do with the fact that CodeGuard says we have used 35 GB / 10 GB of total disk usage (meaning we're 25 GB over our account allocation). I believe that this is because CodeGuard is attempting to create a backup of the "aggregators" directory, which contains lots of large media files like images and PDFs, and is 31 GB in size.
I am going to save and temporarily remove the "aggregators" directory to see if that solves some of these issues whenever CodeGuard runs it's next backup at midnight tonight, and check it out tomorrow morning.
Update 3: It seems as though CodeGuard is still attempting to back up some of our sites that have either changed location in our directories or simply aren't up anymore, which leads to the backups failing. The account being over-quota is also still an issue.
I've opened up a support ticket, but will also email and follow up with Brett Roby to see if he has any helpful information to share.
Making sure that CodeGuard is set up on the current VPS.
Update: CodeGuard appears to be installed and active, but it looks like we need the HostGator billing email address and password to access its dashboard from the billing portal (to see a list of backups, make changes, etc.). This account info doesn't appear to be in our Google Drive spreadsheet, so I'm not sure what it is. Will ask Charles about it as well.
