Add browser dark mode suggestion #22

Are you sure it is supported on Android?

I'm using the Dark Reader extension for Firefox on Android, Wikipedia pages load with black background. With Chrome I think you could get a similar result by tweaking settings under chrome://flags but I did not test it: https://www.makeuseof.com/how-to-enable-dark-mode-google-chrome-android/ Otherwise installing the Dark Reader extension for Chrome should work the same, but I did not test it either (I use Firefox). Maybe we should do some more testing before merging this.

I tested Dark Reader with Chrome on Android, it works like with Firefox. IMHO this PR can be merged but please feel free to change the wording.
