pull ubuntu as well in the chapter Pull Docker images #123

To save time later in the tutorial make suer the ubuntu image is also pulled as part of the images pulled in "Pull Docker images"

Added a new file attendees/docker-compose-pull-images.yml that includes the Ubuntu image to be downloaded.
