Streamlit application is not stable #1

Hello Arya, thanks for you amazing code I have a problem with the streamlit app, when I upload a photo, the photo is not stable, it is disappears and appers and when I submit after brushing no thing happens!! I don't know why this happens. could be because I use my Pc CPU not GPU!!
