Hi,

I'm a student in Korea, learning how to analyze Hi-C and Hi-ChIP data.

I was using hichipper to analyze our Hi-ChIP data and have a question for the QC report.

Can "HQ Unique Mapped" # can be larger than "Total PETs"??

Does this mean something is wrong or can this happen?
