Improvements of vehicle structure chapter #191

Describe the bug There are a couple of things than can be improved in the vehicle structure chapter:

In my opinion the images with the coordinates in the vehicle structure are a bit too big.
Add captions to all figures, see Figure 1 in the introduction as an example.
The titles of all tables are missing.
For the doors, a sentence should be added, that they can be opened via a positive rotation around the z-axis.

Expected behavior Please make the mentioned improvements.
