Support for RockyLinux/AlmaLinux/CentOS 9 (EL/9) #1021

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm trying to install asbu into Rocky Linux 9 with Fedora bash installer but I am blocked at the install part (dnf install asbru-cm) I saw into cloudsmith repository a version for EL/7 EL/8 but no EL/9

Describe the solution you'd like A new version who support EL/9 ?

Describe alternatives you've considered I tried to install the RPM of the EL/8 instead but I am blocked at this step:

sudo dnf install asbru-cm

  - nothing provides perl(Net::ARP) needed by asbru-cm-6.4.0-1.el8.noarch
  - nothing provides perl(OSSP::uuid) needed by asbru-cm-6.4.0-1.el8.noarch
  - nothing provides perl-IO-Stty needed by asbru-cm-6.4.0-1.el8.noarch

The core-team currently has no plan to support those distributions

But any contribution will be welcome :)
