Fail on error #32

If you reference an id that is not in the bib file, it outputs an "unknown reference" warning (good) but I would prefer it to stop the build as well. Is this possible? Context: My documents build in Jenkins and I want to do as many automatic checks as possible.

This sounds reasonable. We can add an option to enable this on demand.
