Complete rewrite of snippets.

Notes:

I have prefix literal words by a a (like asciidoc) to limit unwanted suggestions
snippets with prefix starts with a punctuation characters: no popup but works
To see all the available snippets for the file type that you currently have open, you can type alt-shift-S.
press Tab to apply snippets.
